Important Announcement: Transition to New Provider Portal – Atrezzo
Acentra Health, a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) contracted with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, is pleased to announce an important update regarding our provider portal.
Effective July 1, 2025, Acentra Health will transition from the current eQSuite platform to a new and enhanced provider portal: Atrezzo.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the provider experience and streamlining the authorization and care management process. Atrezzo offers a more intuitive interface, improved functionality, and enhanced support tools to better serve our provider community.
Transition Timeline & Key Dates
New Portal Launch: July 1, 2025
eQSuite Blackout Period: June 27 – June 30, 2025
During this time, eQSuite will be unavailable as we complete the transition to Atrezzo.

Please note: for Behavioral Health Inpatient Acute requests for dates of service June 27-30; providers will be able to submit retroactive requests on July 1 in Atrezzo
Help Ticket Support After June 16
Beginning June 16, 2025, all help ticket requests should be directed to: Email: ArkansasPR@acentra.com
Recommended Action for Providers:
• Attend upcoming training sessions (details coming soon).
• Review support materials to prepare for the new portal.
• Plan ahead for the blackout period to minimize disruption.
• Identify a provider group administrator-one person with a supervisory role responsible for registering the provider office(s) on the new web portal.
